Great service decent price. I called and asked for a starter motor. When i did not have the part # and told them my car make and model they found it for me. I came and made the purchase with quick and friendly service. My friend who is a mechanic recommended them to me and i was not dissapointed. Good stuff

Great service and price. Got my alternator rebuilt for $150+tax. Was cheaper then all the competition I called. It took them about half a day. Got it back looking like a brand new alternator. Thanks

I cannot recommend this business. They do not honour any warranty once you leave the shop. My family is out $300 and will have to pay to replace the 2 months old alternator from this business.Good bye Brighouse Auto Electric Services!

They have been around forever and just quick, efficient and showed much care in helping with rebuilding my alternator. A year later I didn't keep nut tight and the bolt melted on alternator and they rebuilt that at a very reasonable price. Great guys! Highly recommend for alternator and starter rebuilds. Taking a starter in tomorrow. May God bless them all.

I wish I could give no star. So disappointed with the customer service and sold part. The sales person at the counter had rude treatment and no respect to his customer and was not knowledgeable too, not even listen to my request/question, sold a part as interchangeable (with missing a piece) but actually was not interchangeable and no return accepted. I will never go there again. I had extremely poor customer experience and would not recommend this experience to anyone.

These guys are awesome. Super helpful. Bought a part that it turned out I didn’t need and had to return it. Almost too bad. So knowledgeable, have anything you need, super kind. Not that I hope for car problems but if I have them, I hope I get to deal with them again.

Great company. I called Andy on a Friday morning before the long weekend. I could tell they were very busy but he patiently took my call. My windlass motor had quit and our trip depended on it. I brought it in and he identified the problem within 2 minutes, got the parts I needed and gave me clear inductions to fix it. Trip saved. Thank you!
