Had my dead hard drive diagnosed here. Tan was very friendly and helpful. The tech was knowledgeable. They couldn't do anything for my dead hard drive because of special parts being needed, but I will for sure get back with them regarding other IT issues. Thank you!

I needed some help with my Dell laptop. I brought it to Alfa and the service was super helpful. They made recommendations for a memory upgrade, which they did for a reasonable price. They said I could call for support if I needed anything else once I got home. Thank you. The laptop has worked without problems, ever since. I’d go for their help again.

I had a 2014 MacBook Pro 15 with bulging battery and brought it there and they replaced the battery over the weekend. The store is a bit of a mess - PCs and Macs all over the floor, shelves, etc. Kind of what you'd expect at a repair place that was more concerned with fixing stuff than looking nice.

I was very happy with the service I got. Joe worked to try to fix my computer, concluded it was not worth fixing, and created a better computer with better components. The Alfa Team is knowledgeable and service was prompt. I recommend them for repairs, but also for building a computer for your needs with excellent parts.
