Fanatic store all around, I just had an issue with my mod and they took care of the issue by giving me a brand new replacement mod under warranty free of cost. Definitely recommend vape nation, at any of their locations ! Great juice and wide range of accessories to top it all off! 10/10Keep it up guys !

Today was the first time I had ever been to this store. My experience was amazing. I am new to this and the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. They didn’t try to up sell me and show me the most expensive pieces, instead he actually started me from the inexpensive ones because I was new. Overall I’m super pleased with my purchase and time in the store. I will be back for sure! Need to get me a nice tank now :)EDIT - Went back tonight after work and was greeted by the same friendly staff. I left with a new ( my first tank ever ) Horizon Falcon Resin edition in green and a bottle of The Prophet by Chapter III Illusion Vapors " ... I will continue to go back to this place because I was very pleased. I wish every store treated their customers like this. I was able to sample different flavors and really felt like the staff genuinely care about the products and their customers. Thanks again for the great experience!!"

Awesome staff. Went in with barely any knowledge on the products and left with a glorious new vape and a few flavors to try out. Matt was great and went above and beyond spending his time going over how everything works. 100% recommend.

This place is awesome! Guys behind the counter know their stuff and are not hesitant to help you find what your looking for. I over heard a conversation between another customer and employee where the customer was asking for a particular flavor which they didn't have. He suggested others that she may like and said he'll search the web to try and get that flavor in. Good CS. Good juice selection, always a deal on.

The store is awesome , the gentleman that helped me with my purchase was really nice and helpful. They have hundreds of different kinds of flavours at a reasonable price. I ended up getting fog All-Stars t strawberry blueberry and cotton candy which taste really good, definitely recommend the store definitely be going back.

Super helpful staff. I called back an hour later and the woman who helped me when I was in was more than willing to assist me with my questions I had about what I bought earlier. I would have only given her 4 stars cause no one gets a five... but her manicured blue nails were a killer and could have sold what ever she pointed at with them.

Please continue to support this store while their doors are closed. I placed an order online and service and delivery was easy and fast. I actually ordered things I didn't need just to help them out. I want to make sure they're able to get through this and have their doors open again to continue their fab service as soon as they are able.
