Horrible service, first the dad refers to me as “people of colour” then the son was extremely rude, he called me the first time to come pick it up and when I came they said it wasn’t ready they were extremely rude to me and then 2 days later they called me to come get it and I see the car with a different colour than the original colour. It is so visible and when I asked them to fix it they were still rude to me and the dad asked me to take it at a cheaper price. Will not recommend this place to anyone

Great and quick service! Super friendly and responsive to my emails. When I expressed concerns about the price, they made suggestions in order to bring the quote down to something I was comfortable with. I was very very happy with how my car looked after they finished and they even touched up some areas with no additional cost. Everything was done within a few hours as well. Really appreciate it and would come back if I ever needed work done again!

This is an amazing workshop! Aleks is a kind generous man! I come here for all my auto body needs, I very much enjoy coming here and cant wait till my car needs work! PS. Alex sr. is a very funny man and I enjoy my experience 7.8x more when he is around.

At this Auto Body shop, the owner have no respect and don't have telephone equity when dealing with customers. The energy is so negative that it's not a nice feeling. Wish they can do better for future plans.

Very professional and friendly service quote was bang on work was excellent Aleks and his crew did a wonderful job . I highly recommend them .

Fantastic job done by Alex and his crew. I rubbed against a column in my parking garage and Alex sorted it out real quick. Can't event tell work has been done to my door. I highly recommend Aleks Auto Body Works.

I am not here for personal reasons. Me asking questions shouldn’t be a problem. This is my first time doing an appraisal for a car and transferring ownership. I know nothing about the process. Everything is new to me. your father or whoever was that person to you didn’t even respect himself.other bad reviews share the same experience, which proves my point or maybe it's only people of color who get treated like this in your shop !!!

Very professional and talented. My back door was damaged and I wasn't sure if I should replace it or have it pulled out. I went in for an estimate and they explained that replacing the back door was the best way to go. They found a door, sprayed it and installed it within 2 days, keeping within the estimate they gave me. The door turned out incredible especially considering how fair the estimate was. You would never know anything happened to my car. 10/10 for Aleks and his crew.

I purchased a Car from this shop in March 2023. Alek Sr. and Jr will do all the service. They offer a good price and solid service. They have been at this Gladstone location since the 1970's.
