Super efficient, good service every time! Been here two or three times, both having made appointments and without appointments! They’re very good at adhering to appointment times and when you have no appointments, they’re still super fast and efficient that it doesn’t matter! Only had to wait 30-40 min max for registration and waiting and bloodwork put together!The staff are very nice and try to make the whole experience as comfortable as possible! Overall highly recommend for all your blood work needs!

Terrible. Web said they were open and when I showed up they were closed since 1 pm. A paper saying they were in trading. I left work early to get my blood work done. They didn’t update the web. That should be mandatory! Also, the last time I was in for blood work the lady was so rude. I could tell she was having trouble finding my vein. I mentioned I was a little nervous and told her so and she threw her hands up in the air and stormed out of the cubicle. I had to wait another 10 minutes for someone to come and take my blood. I left feeling horrible. Some of the staff need to be replaced.

Not good. I overheard them talking in a larger group while I waited to have blood taken, gossiping about some patients whose daughter were waiting in the car while their mother had their blood taken. When I tired to comment on the pain I had experienced last time I had blood drawn here the staff member bluntly cut me off before I got two words out, with a tone that ordered me to shut up. She said, I will choose what needle you need

If your life is important to you do NOT use this Lifelabs. Rude, loss of life saving paperwork, and you may be teased for trying to be healthy. I was. I am utterly shocked that these professionals" behave this way towards sick people in need of medical help. Despicable!"

Horrible nightmare on last Friday. I never ever got such terrible unprofessional blood test before in my life that the staff pierced needle into veins so deeply, which caused my arm swollen and abnormal large dark purple bruises as of present that makes me still intolerant hurt. At that time, I had clearly expressed that this unusual pain was bizarre, but the staff just left neglecting me alone.

Very rude and unprofessional.Went for my 1 hour glucose test, I was NOT told I could not go outside or walk around. One of the ladies at the front desk told me I could go outside, considering the drink was disgusting and I needed some air, and then when I came back I was told I wasn't allowed to be outside, and therefore they could not complete my test. If there are certain rules to follow for a test, then it needs to be told to patients before, not after the fact. The nurse I dealt with was very rude about it and definitely should not be working with the public. Definitely will not be returning to this place.

The appointment waits are about 2 weeks wait, which is a long time to wait when you have a serious problem to test for, and sometimes you wait along time in the waiting room for your turn. Generally they are good staff, but some really don't know how to take blood very well if the client has difficult veins (expect to be poked at least 6 times if the tech is not talented at it). There is no law that says they need any kind of course to take blood and will hire off the street with no training, so the staff are hit and miss here. Some staff are very rude, but in generally they are polite with the occasional insensitive comment. Remember some are basically trained about as much as a minimum wage line cook, so just like in all customer service jobs some will be rude and some wonderful. And the rude staff are very hard to get dismissed even with multiple complains. As for negative comments about children having to be sent to the hospital to take their blood and be strapped down, that is a real thing. If a child moves at all with the needle inside them, the needle can cause very SERIOUS damage, deadly even. Parents are told to hold the child down firmly, but often parents just don't have it in them to hold their child down tight enough because 'they are don't want to hurt them'. The staff sometimes give the parents 'a firm talking too', instead of asking another staff for assistance. As I mentioned, the training here is lacking. These are not the same staff you would find at a hospital.
