Joanna has beautifully captured my breastfeeding journey with both kids now and I am so grateful for her and her talent! She makes you feel at ease and captures moments as they are meant to be captured…in their raw, but beautiful form! During our latest shoot with Joanna, my son was not overly cooperative while breastfeeding and also put a plant in his mouth, which caused him to be sick to his stomach. Because of this, in all honesty, I was concerned about how the shoot had gone. When Joanna returned our gallery to us, however, I was amazed by the images that she had captured in a less than ideal situation. They are so beautiful and real and they tell the story of us so thoroughly and perfectly! Thanks Joanna!

Joanna did a fantastic job capturing our wedding day. She was fully available leading up to the day for any questions we had and was able to capture everything that we wanted the day of. She was delightful to work with and the photos turned out amazing!! I would definitely recommend using her for your wedding day!

Joanna really out did herself. She captured our wedding day so perfectly. She is such an easing presence to be around, which was so appreciated. Our photos are so incredibly intimate and heart warming. Such an incredible gift to have been given, as we get to look back on these photos. Where do we even start with Joanna?! From the moment she messaged us back we felt like she was a truly invested, loyal friend and she quickly became one of our most anticipated parts of our wedding day. She fit in seamlessly with our day and documented every little detail and moment exactly as we remembered it, and those that we didn't even know happened at all! Her eye for light and beauty within the ordinary moments is incredible and our whole gallery is truly stunning. One of the most important things with investing in a photographer for us, aside from a documentary/timeless style, was that we felt like we knew and connected with them, Joanna does a wonderful job sharing bits of her personal life on social media so you feel like you know her before you've even met. On the day of, she was a calm and comforting presence to everyone. We are forever grateful we found Joanna, and we are already looking forward to our first anniversary to have her document us again!

We loved working with Joanna! For our elopement, we wanted someone to be able to capture the intimacy of our day. She did that, and so much more. When we look at our photos, it takes us back to all the warm and fuzzies of our wedding day, and really tells a story of how our day went. I wish I could give 100 stars. Joanna photographed our wedding back in May and she completely exceeded our expectations. My husband and I don't love getting our photo taken and so we were a little worried about that component. Joanna made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. She gave us direction when we needed it, but also captured candid moments throughout the day in the most beautiful way. I am so in love with our photos and have gotten countless compliments on them as well. Professional and prompt communication, I didn't have to worry about a thing. Not only is Joanna an incredibly talented photographer, but she is wonderful person as well. 10/10 would recommend.

Joanna captured our little family so perfectly and we’re completely in love with the photos. Wrangling a 9 month old is no easy task but Joanna was fantastic to work with on the day of the photoshoot - she accommodated a different time for us so that my daughter would be in a better mood and made her, my husband and myself comfortable during the session on her beautiful property. Honestly, the photoshoot was much more effortless than I had anticipated because Joanna was so easy to be around. As a first time parent, I’m so glad we made the effort to organize the photos so we can remember these days and Joanna was the best person for the job. We would definitely do another family session with her in the future.

Joanna is simply the best. From the moment I inquired about our photoshoot, I felt like I was speaking with a friend I'd known for years. She is so down to earth and made us feel so comfortable during the entire process. She has a way at capturing simple moments and turning them into art. When I received our final gallery I was speechless. She captured us, simply being us. I was beyond inspired after receiving these photographs. I cannot thank her enough for the memories. I had contacted Joanna to do our maternity photos as I wanted to support someone local and my goodness did she do an amazing job. From the first contact email to the last shot Joanna was a true professional and had a true vision for photographing these special moments of growing life which aligned exactly with mine.
