As business manager for MacKenzie Eye Care, I use ProComm for all our technology needs, the service team goes above and beyond keeping our business running smoothly.Last year we upgraded our NEC phone system, the ProComm team ensured there will little down time as our office cannot operate without its 6 line phone system. We also trust ProComm with all our cellular needs, allowing our business team to stay connected no matter where we travel.Lastly we purchase SONOS speakers at ProComm for our home entertainment, the dance party never stops at just the kitchen.

This is a very long overdue review. During the time I had my business downtown many years ago now, these people looked after the alarm system in there and I believe phones for some businesses within the building as well. Any time there was issues (not too often) they were quick to respond and have the issue resolved. Everyone in the building, as we were all kind of like family in there, were all extremely happy with their service. This is a company that has been here in the city for many years and a reputation that undoubtedly proves they stand behind what they do. This isn’t just online reviews but word of mouth as well. I work in IT myself as owner of Microdyne Computer Services. If there is a service a client is looking for that I don’t provide, as we all differ somewhat, I don’t hesitate to send my clients to them. It’s also nice to see someone else working in the cyber security field! There isn’t many of us in SE Alberta doing this much needed service! Also thank you for the referrals a while back on the Linux boxes (PLC Controllers). I can’t remember the gentleman’s name now but the sharing in small business helps keep us all stronger, a policy I noticed from these guys early on. Highly recommended! Dan - Microdyne Computers.

We chose Pro Comm last year when moving into the new location of our medical clinic/medi-spa and it was a great decision. They made excellent recommendations for our needs in terms of security & our day to day telephone workflow. Guy personally made sure we met our opening date & taught us one on one how to use the new hardware. The security team has been available whenever we have needed security sensor sensitivity fixes. They are friendly, helpful and provide excellent service.

I have used ProComm countless times for both personal and commercial purposes. While I can get some of the products and services elsewhere I choose ProComm because I consistently receive outstanding service. The staff is very knowledgeable about all of the products they sell and the products I have purchased have been high quality, durable items that work at or above my expectations. If I know what I need I can call ahead and they will have the product and the paperwork ready for me when I arrive to ensure the best use of my time. It is always a pleasure doing business with ProComm.

i have talked with Kevin, he is very respectful and tried to help me. Unfortunatley my issue was out of his control. I may go buy my next phone from him.
