If you are passing our documents to another case worker, kindly notify the parents so that they know that they are sending the documents to the right person. Not one day someone will call telling that she/he is the new case worker and the subsidy is in jeopardy just because the new case worker doesnt have a copy of files.

I visited yesterday and all the staff from front desk to the case worker were very supportive. Great meeting with my case worker, she was really very friendly. I waited there for so long because I was drop in and during my stay there I observed all the case worker were greeting there clients very well.
