Not a fair statement . Most people don't order a part that is not on their vehicle , not sure it is understood what you mean . But even if Customers or Advics good staff makes errors , because everyone is human , Advics always have and always will take products back . Thats why they have been in biz for almost 40 years .Looks to most people the other business name on your statement is just looking to get advertising off Advics page , sad .... oh well .....
