Holy Family Clinic

A bit sketchy situation, the doctor prescribed two medications on separate prescriptions, which I have never had before. I had to pay two dispensing fees because of this. I might be wrong but somehow I don't feel right and I smell money grabbing.Doctor is friendly, however, doesn't really listen to the patient.Receptionist can be a bit cold.Overall, nothing really special about this clinic. Mediocre experience. Two prescriptions on two medications make me rate them 2 stars unless there's a better explanation.

Dr Al-Shaibani (and colleague Dr Rizk) were a breath of fresh Air for me. I was struggling with Health issues and my old GP would not give me the time of day and the medical officers were so rude and curt. Holy Family Clinic are compassionate doctors were able to have time for me when I needed a doctor (unlike my last GP.) The office is clean and relaxing with a pharmacy also. All the team members were calm, polite, and flexible. You really do feel that they care about their work and your health and they give you the answers that you need. They don't always answer phones right away as they are a small clinic and attending to patients in the clinic but they always phone back when you leave a message.

Terrible experience with dr. john rizk today. I saw Dr. Rizk today for blood test paperwork which the other doctor asked me for who is living in other country. Dr Rizk did not pay attention to what I said and didn’t see the list carefully. He just marked some of them and rushed let me go. After I finished my blood test I realized he was missing lots of items. So I went back for him , he was rude and rejected me. So I have to go another doctor to get another paper to go lab again for the second time blood test and Urinalysis. Such a terrible doctor who didn’t treat his patients seriously. Keep away from him. I will never recommend anyone for him.

I'm disgusted by the way I was treated here, the doctor did not take any of my concerns seriously and literally told me to use Google to find the answer to some of my questions. Do not recommend if you are looking for good patient care.

Just switched to this clinic as I was looking for a new GP after moving to Burlington. So far I’m very happy with my level of care I’ve received. The doctor was attentive and sympathetic to my needs. The nursing staff were also very friendly and accommodating to my fear of needles.

Very rude staff, my child with a temperature was sent to the hospital because there were 2 people in the hospital, the administrator said that the doctor would not have time to see us in 2 hours. This is my worst experience in Canada.

We have had such trouble finding a family doc (loved our previous but he went to the cosmetic side) This doc is a bit brash but she sure takes care of the little ones. I'm so happy we have found such a thorough doctor.

Not recommended. Impersonal treatment, seems to want to rush you in/out. On top of that, they are still forcing patients to wear masks, when their own staff doesn't even wear them. Sort of shows they think of patients as lower class.

I came here for a walk in, and while sitting in the waiting room I got to experience two times in which the clinic went above and beyond for people who weren't even their patients. One came in with a fairly stressful situation and the reception was so calm and accommodating for something they could have just said we can't help you to. They ended up helping someone who otherwise wouldn't have known where to turn. Super friendly and kind and understanding. A great feeling all around

Excellent service and attention, Dr Al-Shaibani and the reception staff were very friendly and efficient, I recommend this place 100%
