Gupta Madhu Dr

I have been seeing Dr. Gupta for over 20 years. She is an excellent Doctor. She explains everything perfectly and you really feel at ease. Her receptionist is a very nice person. She is very welcoming. The office is very clean and adhere to all of the COVID guidelines

WOW the receptionist is like the most rude person ever. She cant book us as we are travelling and trying to reschedule.I hope Dr. Gupta can take some notice of all the negative comments.

Doctor Madhu, though knowledgeable was very rude. She has a problem with everything you say or do, so uptight. This appointment literally ruined my mood and day.I do not want to see such a doctor while I’m pregnant. Such negative attitude and no patience towards the patient whatsoever.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND if a doctor’s attitude and patience matters to you. If it doesn’t, you’ll be fine because she does have knowledge of her field if she chooses to actually listen to you patiently and lets you talk.

Dr. Knows what she is doing, but she won’t let to talk or cry about your problem. Her attitude is bad or which may b right according to her cuz all we need from her is Cure! Not counseling. But she ruined my mood .

She is my mothers doctor. Bad bedside manners. She was so rude to her. Spoke to her like she didn’t know anything. We would never go back to her. Maybe it’s time to retire

Most caring, genuine, and empathetic doctor I have ever met and I feel very lucky to have been referred to her. She actually listens, cares greatly about overall health and is receptive to patient concerns

Rude receptionist and Dr madhu is so rude and dismissive, they give you no proper information and respond so rudely to the questions you ask. Absolutely horrible gynaecologist, I will never come back and DO NOT GO

I am very pleased with my visit to Dr. Gupta's office. She was very thorough during our consultation and showed a lot of compassion. Dr. Gupta is very knowledgeable and takes time to listen to her patients needs. She is very professional and timely. Her receptionist was also very accommodating with my schedule and was able to book me in for a visit with short notice. She was also very welcoming when I visited the office and made sure I was comfortable while waiting for Dr. Gupta. Looking forward to visiting the clinic again!

I want to tell you my story .. Dr Gupta has been my gynaecologist for almost 40 yrs . She is the best in her field .. I have several things that needed attention and I was always perfect after she treated me in hospital and her office . She has a heart of gold and has become more like a close friend than a doctor . I adore her and look forward to my visits just to see her .She is about empathy ,trust ,integrity of the highest standard .. I am so happy she has beenSuch a big part of my life and has taken such great care of me . I would recommend her always to anyone that needs a wonderful gynaecologist Thank you so much .. Unvaccinated Patient— I had my appointment with Dr. Gupta through my family doctor for PAP test and IUD in May 2021 and she didn’t see me at that time because I was not vaccinated. She said she will wait when they will have time to see unvaccinated patients. They told me I don’t need to inform my doctor about delay and I can call them directly and so I was waiting to see Dr. Gupta as asked. I didn’t receive any call till July then I got call in August from the office and receptionist again asked me for vaccinations. I said I didn’t have because I have my own reason ( autoimmune disease). After few days I got a call from my family doctor at the end of August that they got email from Dr. Gupta’s office that the Patient don’t wanna come and see me so they canceled my appointment. They told my family doctor that I don’t wanna see a Doctor(Dr. Gupta) then why I made an appointment.My IUD is expired in April 2021 and Dr. Gupta told I am good for 1 more year with expired IUD. My family doctor is now making an appointment with another gynaecologist. Why they lied to my family doctor if they have good reason, tell them a truth that you don’t wanna see unvaccinated patients.
