Terrific service! I came in from out of town, needing a jacket and pants done in two days. They did it no problem. There was a difficult stain on the jacket, so the woman at the counter worked with it for about fifteen minutes gently with soap and water. It looked much better afterwards. Where do you get service like that nowadays?! Very impressed!

Excellent cleaning work! My wool coat was in bad condition before I came in. It had cat hair stuck in it and the faux fur was matted and had an heavy perfume odour. After the dry clean, it came out brand new and it looked like I just purchased it from the store! The fur was so soft. All issues were resolved, thank you for taking care of my beloved coat <3

I had my wedding dress cleaned and packaged for storage here and they exceeded all my expectations. My dress had marks from colour transfer from a jacket and they got them all out. It looks brand new again. Marlene was a pleasure to deal with all the way through and the lovely person on pickup was so sweet. This is absolutely the place to take anything that matters to you for cleaning.

I got a coat and my wedding dress cleaned here, and they did a fantastic job. Marlene was absolutely wonderful. She was so helpful, reassuring, and knowledgeable. My dress was very dirty as it was an outdoor wedding, and it came back looking just as white and beautiful as when I bought it!The staff each time I've been in has also been so friendly and warm and privded such good service. I’m not usually an online reviewer, but this business leaves a lot of opportunity for feeling like you’ve had a positive experience. They are incredibly pleasant when you pick up and drop off, they do their very best to get your items to you as quickly as possible, and I’ve always thought they did a great job at a reasonable price. They also send coupons randomly for their services that are actually usable. (I sometimes find businesses will send obscure coupons that don’t really apply to you, but in this case I’ve actually used a few!). When our old dry cleaner went out of business I was looking for a locally owned, customer service focused dry cleaning company and definitely feel like I found it! I would absolutely recommend Stephen’s Cleaners.

Amazing work on dry cleaning my expensive silk, linen, cashmere & wool clothes. I’m happy that there’s no unnecessary tagging or sticker or staples applied to my expensive & delicate clothes. The cleaning was well done and no unwanted fragrances from products used. Instructions on folding, hanging etc were all followed through, thank you for listening and for the attention to details. I’m always wary about sending my LV, Gucci, Hermes, Dior pieces for dry cleaning, but I will trust them with these. Thanks for the job well done!

I took my wedding dress to Stephen’s Cleaners to be cleaned and preserved, and Marlene and the team did an INCREDIBLE job! I had an outdoor mountain wedding so my dress was very dirty at the bottom and I didn’t think it could be saved. When they were done with it, it looked brand new! They took such great care of my dress and were so warm and helpful, and had great communication. Would absolutely recommend trusting Marlene and the team with your wedding dress!
