I went to FHO to have a retainer fixed and was very impressed by the office. It is a beautiful space and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a minor mistake with billing BUT the staff was helpful in clarifying the mistake and making sure everything was right in the end. Highly recommend.

Very unprofessional. Marketing like in a used car dealership. Professional fee for service was called investment". Hidden charges show that the procedure is not permanent. It requires constant maintenance. This fact was conveniently not mentioned during the presentation. Disrespect for patient medical records. Spam generation despite lack of marketing consent. I will not "unsubscribe" because I NEVER subscribed!"

My son had his initial consulting for braces today and our entire experience was simply amazing. Dr. Venditteli and his team are so professional and courteous. Beverly our coordinator was wonderful and patiently answered all our questions. Even the space was warm and inviting. Can’t wait to see the results!
