Nicom IT Solutions
My company had some hosting through these guys and we had a critical failure where we thought we may be hacked. We contacted them to change passwords and it’s been 5 days and have not heard back. We have left voicemails, we have emailed and nothing. We have since ported to a new contact, but in times of stress, how do you now get back to a customer!?!?!!They were 4 stars before this, so perhaps when they respond I will delete or revise.
