I purchased a NM Gardevoir ex Full Art, and the card received has staining all over the card. First and last time purchasing from here. Sticking with other stores in the city that won't sell cards with such defects as if they are NM. When contacted, they decided to defend this as NM, despite the surface being marked with stains. Definitely never giving this place anymore business. Based on other reviews, it's obvious this store is run by unprofessional amateurs who don't care about keeping customers around.

Small and well organized store. Was in just for some paintings, and found what I needed (but got the wrong ones duh, not their fault). Good prices on those supplies.

Alright, listen up folks, these guys are the real deal! I've been ordering from them for a while now, and every time, I'm blown away by their awesomeness. I mean, seriously.. I live the GTA (Toronto) and I still get my orders in a flash. It's like they've got a secret teleportation device or something! Faster than I can find time to drive to my local gunpla store so whether you're into gunpla or just cool stuff in general, you gotta check out their shop online or in person. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

After having moved to Ottawa last year for school, and having visited multiple hobby shops in Ottawa, I can without a doubt say trinity is the best in regards to customer service and quality/ variety of product. Highly recommend.

One ( if not) the best shop for our GW products in the region. Lots of kits and everything needed on the side to complete our creations. Lots of stuff that I dont need to order online anymore as they have it here at Trinity. Personal speak english and french (and probably corean too...) tons of collectable figurines. Definitely worth the trip!!

Pros: Excellent paint stock; one of the best in Canada. Great model kit stock. Great website. Shipping is prompt and at a great price within Ottawa or Ontario. Tool selection is decent.Con: Prices are a bit above average.No comment on their figure or tabletop selection other than a cursory glance seems favorable.Edit: I had an email go unanswered for two weeks until I made this review, which used to be 4 stars, then it got replied to within minutes. Accidents happen, I'm willing to take the polite apology email I got at face value and assume it isn't a pattern. I've bumped the rating up, but I'm going to leave this edit in my review to be transparent. If you need to contact them, it was suggested in the email to use their website chat box.

Absolutely hidden gem for people into trading card games, board games, miniature war games, Japanese model kits and anime figures. Ample play area and lots of stuff in stock. A bit hard to find but well worth the adventure. The entrance is at the back of the building. Turn in just after the car dealership. If you hit the apartment building, you have gone too far and will need to turn around.

Great selection of everything! They have paints, cards, figurines and more. The prices are fair, and they seem to have sales quite often on their website

Visited looking for Gunpla and wow did I ever find it, awesome selection of models and Mr Hobby products not to mention very friendly staff. I highly recommend this fine store.
