Chartwell Terrace on the Square Retirement Residence

I've been entertaining at Terrace on the Square for more than a decade. The home is beautiful and the staff are extremely polite and engaging. Some of my friends have stayed there and are well pleased with the service. It is located next to a lovely park. Great place for anyone. I very much enjoy this location.

My mother-in-law has lived at the residence for just over 10 years. The staff has been friendly, as well as caring. She has made many friends over the years and enjoys the activities, entertainment and outings.

Our musical combo, A Record Day, has been entertaining the residents of Chartwell Terrace on the Square for the past several years. From the very beginning we have been treated with both respect and fairness by all administrative and support staff at the facility. The current activities director, Victoria Atabakhsh, has ensured that we are made to feel an important part of the Terrace on the Square team and she recognizes that music is an integral part of the physical and mental wellbeing of their residents. The facility is always well maintained and after a performance residents continuously provide us with positive feedback with regard to the care receive from the staff. Our group members are all seniors and Terrace on the Square is a shining example of where we would be delighted to reside, once our entertaining days are over. Congratulations to Victoria and her fellow staff members for a job well done.

My Great Grandmother has lived here for almost 10 years.The staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful. They run programs and plenty of activities to keep the residents busy.They also run many fun family events and we can still visit Great Gran's 'houses for family functions including holiday dinners in the dining room

This place is fantastic, the staff and residents are all so friendly. I deliver food and supplies to the kitchen. The kitchen staff are all wonderful and hardworking people, especially Zalata the chef. Everytime I'm there she greets me with a huge smile. She's kind, helpful, positive and brightens up my morning everytime I'm there. By far my favorite customer of the week.

My brother and I have been providing musical entertainment at Terrace on the Square for the last few years and have always enjoyed our time there. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the residence is clean and well maintained. My aunt lives at Terrace on the Square and finds the staff incredibly helpful and patient. She finds that the activities offered are geared to all residents regardless of their tastes and their abilities.

I'm a caregiver & visit my client twice weekly. It's my experience the staff, be it the front desk, maintenance, laundry, cleaning, nurses & dining room have gone above & beyond to accommodate my clients needs in a friendly, professional & caring way. I appreciate them all. Thank you!

I am a care carburer and the staff here is very nice caring and friendly ...i have 2 clients and i love working at Chartewell Retirement Home and i love working with the staff but most of all i love meeting with the residents...very good place to be.

My name is Patricia and I am the owner of Exquisite Boutique. I recently participated in the Christmas Market at Terrace on the Square. I had the wonderful pleasure of working with the Lifestyle and program manager Victoria Atbakhsh. Victoria was very organized in her creation of the Market and advertised every vendor beautifully. I had a tour at this location today and it was wonderful. It is bright, clean and welcoming. The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Each suite was bright and spacious! Thanks for having us!
