Was privileged to be a model this weekend! The trainer and trainees were attentive, courteous, supportive and kind! Right from the front staff who were welcoming and made you feel at ease to the other staff acknowledging you and engaging in conversation, this experience was top notch! I have used Nurse Sandra for my other procedures previously. She is patient, kind and listens to your wants. Love this serene spa! Will be back!

I had Sandra S both times I got lip filler and she was amazing!! it was my first time and she walked me through it and made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed! The results are just as amazing as she is!

I had a great experience at the clinic. It was my first time getting neuromodulator injections. The nurse injector asked my areas of concern and she explained the process and after care well. She was very experienced and informative.

Activ MD is the best dermatology/spa clinic in Edmonton. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I genuinely feel like they want the best for each of their patients and are committed to helping them find the best solution! I have always struggled with acne and they have been so helpful in finding me a solution!

Not recommending ActivMD.I did not really enjoy being here and thought they do not really care about their patients very much. For one, the person doing the consultation, did not answer my questions accurately. Also, the entire discussion was vague and left me to wonder why I chose to visit the clinic.I will say that the women at the front were decent. However it is largely a waste of time to schedule time for appointments like this if the people doing the consultations lack professional experience. In this case, it was a negative experience, and I would expect better from Albertan companies.I will most likely not be returning here again and, if I need to do consultation for the same procedure. I will most likely be looking elsewhere.That said, I hope this clinic can really improve on their consultations because it is really dissapointing.

I came to ActivMD Derm Spa as a first time client and I will return! Staff made me feel very comfortable and relaxed which helped settle my first time injection nerves. I learnt a lot about my facial structure and how to naturally enhance with dermal fillers and neuromodulators. Overall, a fantastic experience and I left feeling confident and trusting of their work.

I came across this derm spa by chance, and I’m very glad I did. They’re just awesome. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. After my first appt with Alexa (to have a milia removed), I knew I’d be coming back. Since then, I’ve had more milia’s removed, I’ve tried the laser genesis, and I’m now using their skin care line. I was a loyal Clinique user before, and I very likely will never go back to their cleaner/moisturizer. I have rosacea, and the soothing properties of the skin care line at ActivMD is nothing short of amazing. I’ve been using it for 3 months, and almost immediately I began to feel and see the difference. I don’t have to wear foundation to cover up my rosacea anymore, and that is incredible. I just love these guys. ❤️

I had the opportunity to participate in a product trial and absolutely fell in love with every EcoMD product. The lovely staff at ActivMD assessed my skin and we discussed which line would be best for me. I used the EcoMD line for Rosacea and visited the clinic once a week for 8 weeks. The staff are incredible welcoming and friendly and always made me feel so comfortable. I would recommend ActivMD if you’re experiencing any skincare concerns or are interested in any treatments. The clinic is beautiful and the staff is amazing. I’ll miss visiting the clinic once a week, but will definitely be back for other treatments in the future! My daughter asked me to join her at AcrivMD, and I was very pleasantly surprised. The staff are extremely friendly and the atmosphere inside is very welcoming. I took part in an 8 week trial for their skin care, and I’ve been very pleased with the results. I’m planning to come back soon for laser treatments to address a few broken blood vessels. Thank you to all of the staff at ActivMD, five stars!!
