Happy Nails

The lady that did my nails was so rude and In a hurry did a very sloppy job..not to mention to kept pulling on my hands instead of telling me she needed me to move closer…I will never go back waste of 40 bucks! They have too many people and hurry everyone in and out! My nails are scuffed …

I love my nails! I have been going to happy nails on and off for years. They always look so good. I am really hard on them and they last for 2 weeks until my fill.

Very friendly technician and he did a great job. I will be going there for my fills from now on.

my nails did turn out OK but the person who did my nails was very aggressive with my hands and they filed into my finger as well as cutting up my cuticles and they were not very sanitary it was just an overall painful experience I do not recommend

Sadly I will not be back. My appointment started 30 minutes late, and the lady acted annoyed when she had to wait on me to pick out polish. She only spoke two times. First time....Don't move. Second time....Don't move please. I have worked at a salon for almost 20 years, I can't imagine treating my customers like this. I would have gone back every 2 weeks but will be finding another place. I felt rushed and grabbed a color I wasn't even sure of she didn't even ask how I wanted them. I wanted a design but I didn't feel comfortable even asking. So I didn't even get what I wanted. Getting my nails done Sat by someone who cares. I'm super bummed about this.

Booked an appointment a week ahead of time. Drove two hours with friends to enjoy some girl time. NOT about customer service... She wouldn't do a design on toes or add warm water to the cold water. Definitely not somewhere I'd go again.

Did a great job on our pedicures. Had appointment got right in.

My daughter and I went in so I could get a fix and go and she could get a full set. They were in a hurry and didn't take the time to do all the necessary steps. Her nails weren't filed down and they have so many ridges and look horrible. Sign said her nails were $20 and mine should have been $18+$3. We ended up paying $53!! When I asked about it they blew me off. I won't be going back to them.

Always wonderful and friendly customer service. Awesome job on my nails every time!! Love this place!!
