Verygood customer service and proffitional stuffs.(Update ) : after a few months I took a second line for my wife. but when i came back next day to clearfy my contract. The same employee which opened the new line for me , he was rud. I don't know why? because i was an immigrant, even i spoke in fluent french with him' by the way he was not clear on his explanation the first day ethier. So for that matter i took 2 star off my first review.

I was at the koodo shop on Friday morning and a young (Michael) gave me outstanding service. This man gives without a doubt the most outstanding customer service I have ever seen! Seriously a one of a kind employee who obviously loves what he does. Great job keep up the good work!
