They are really professional and experienced with taking passport photos for newborns. Had tried with London Drugs earlier but their photos didn't have a clear background (not accepted by the passport office) and they charged around $20 as opposed to $5 for Imperial (+ $5 for email). Was happy with the quick service and low cost

Got passport size pictures for our kid in 5 minutes. The photog kirpalji was able to put our toddler at ease in a few moments, and snapped a few pictures giving clear directions (close mouth, hands down etc) that the toddler could understand easily and pose correctly. Print and email of the pics took another couple minutes. Overall in and out in less than 10 minutes. Definitely a very positive experience.

Amazing photo store!!! You can get Cheapest passport photos with best quality. The guy who took our pictures was very courteous and humble. Completely recommend him for all. Even if you drive from vancouver it will be cheaper than any store you go. Glad we found this store.
