Hands down, the best realtors we’ve ever had.Michele and Deb handled our listing likes masters. They know the local market inside and out and they know all the players. They priced our house perfectly, staged it beautifully, and the photos and video were just incredible.When the listing hit the market, the showings came fast and furious. They brought us multiple competing offers and handled the negotiations perfectly, ensuring that the potential buyers knew they had to bring their best terms. The winner was $110,000 over the asking price (and this was in a cool market!). Unfortunately, that buyer backed out but, undaunted, Michele and Deb worked the phones and quickly brought us three more offers with another over-asking price.Now, other realtors might move on at that point, but Michele and Deb stayed in constant contact working right through to closing. I wanted to share an amazing realty experience with Holmes Realty. First of all, they are based in Sidney BC and if you are looking for property in Sidney or North Saanich area, they are the best. They have been operating for many years with real estate here and they know their market inside out. We were looking for a 2-bedroom condo that would take our 2 small dogs and we wanted something in or close by Sidney. Contacted their website and they assigned Mariann to us. She is solely a buyer realtor, so only works on the buying side. When we met her - she provided excellent research for the area and had several good properties to show us. In the end, we landed on a new condo just outside Sidney. It met all our requirements: newer property, allows small dogs (2), close to the Ferries and Airport and in a nice quiet area. We can't thank Mariann enough, her professionalism and the solid support from Holmes Realty was outstanding. Please, Please, don't look elsewhere -go to Holmes Realty and they will meet your real estate needs in the Peninsula!! Thank you Mariann!!
