Grant Gibson is the most dishonest salesperson I have ever encountered. He doesn’t put the best interest of his client first whatsoever and is clearly only in this for a buck. He lacks ethics, honesty, or any kind of integrity. He tried to double-end a deal by burying my written offer to his client for weeks while he brought in other people to make offers. When I met the property owners they told me they never saw my offer until after it had expired. Everyone involved in the deal including the buyer, seller and my agent were disgusted by his unethical behaviour. He was reported for ethical violations and yet continues to operate in the area...disheartening.

Bill wolff tried to intimidate my realtor and I, while lying profusely throughout our dealings. Ultimately chased away a sale. Rude rude rude. Avoid like the plague, he's not worth dealing with.

Will absolutely never use this real estate office! Their receptionist gives off an absolutely terrible first impression. She really needs to go to some sort of customer service training, and her poor attitude reflects on this office.

I have used Trudy Wilson for both buying and selling my house in Peterborough. Through both processes I couldn’t ask for better service. In particular with a difficult and trying sale in early 2021 due to issues out of her control, Trudy was open to many phone calls, suggestions, willing to listen to my concerns. Even after having to postpone the listing once there was no problems from her. Very professional and great to deal with.

Rude, unprofessional. Wouldn’t use to buy or sell. Look elsewhere.
