NW Trailers Etc

I purchased an enclosed trailer for my business from NW a couple years ago. The service was great, the trailer has been flawless. We haul everything in it. Highly recommend them for whatever trailer you may need.

If your looking for a trailer, This is the place. Extremely knowledgeable staff, great attitudes, great products. They spent a lot of time going over all the aspects about the trailer and even the towing of it. I bought a new truck on my way to get my trailer and found out I had no brake controller which they glady sold me and installed. I also purchased some ez track which is a must have for your tie downs. Their team installed the ez track as well. I will definitely be back in the future to purchase more trailers. I could not be happier all around and the knowledge I gained while there was priceless.

Recently I purchased a 14 foot flat deck to haul the toys around . Wendy and staff are absolutely the very best when it comes to customer service. From the emails and phone calls, right down to when I picked the trailer up a month later this buying experience was amazing , an absolute joy.

People working at NW Trailers Etc are awesome, warm and helpful people. I got my trailer thru a financing option, the entire process was painless because Wendy walked me through the entire process. When its time to pick up the trailer I went to their office and I was greeted by a very welcoming staff Alexis who made sure I'm welcomed and comfortable while waiting for the trailer to be released. There are some minor modifications needed to be worked on before I can tow my trailer and Norman made sure everything is safe and the trailer to be tow worthy. Forest Grove VFD just picked up our new SPU (sprinkler protection unit) Trailer from NW Trailers Etc, a very well made trailer and outstanding service from Norm and Wendy. Wendy made sure we had everything we needed. We look forward to preparing our new trailer with our sprinkler equipment for more community wildfire safety protection.

Very friendly and helpful but I'm not convinced I got the highest quality trailer. It's a Double A 24' tandem drop axel for a tiny home. The trailer bowed in the middle during contruction. We did not go over weight. Only 1 year in, the welds started rusting where not painted properly. It's sold as a tiny home trailer but small details about the configuration of the wheel wells and tongue don't couple well with a stud wall. The front jack stands are connected into one mechanism and this was promoted as a feature" of the trailer but when re-levelling the trailer without connecting the hitch
