Petro-Canada & Car Wash

The car wash doesn't really wash my car clean, I still have to come down after washing to use clothes to touch up the parts that were left unclean, I guess the machines needs to be serviced or some of the washers changed as they are not getting some areas well.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Have been here a few times and their customer service has been okay at most. A couple of times they couldn’t understand what I was saying when I asked them if they had pliers (had to open the hood of my car but the hood release latch broke) and not one single staff member understand or knew what pliers are or the word “tools” and were quite rude about it.Today went in and it looked like the guy there was in training. I made some purchases and after I scanned my items I said I would like to redeem my points. In a huffy tone, the guy then said condescendingly that I have to re-scan everything because things have to be done in a certain order. Because I don’t work there and don’t know how their systems work, I didn’t know that. I’ve made mistakes before when paying for something at different businesses (ex. Giving my rewards card at the end when it was supposed to be given at the start of the purchase) however I was often times politely informed by staff, so I was quite unimpressed that I was made to feel that I was creating a huge inconvenience for him for not knowing. A couple of times he rudely lectured me for inconveniencing him when I didn’t do things in the order they wanted but I didn’t know since I don’t work there.Then their POS kept cancelling my purchase. By the third time of this happening, he rudely told me to wait until it prompts me to put in my bank card which I did every time and told him that but he continued to be rude. All the while the woman training him didn’t react nor say anything about his rude behaviour. After about the third or fourth time of trying my bank card I got so fed up with being treated rudely and their system crashing, and the guy blaming me, I told them to forget about it, then the lady informed me that they already redeemed my points and they can’t reverse it. So i turned back around and used my Apple Pay where it went through. I told her that her staff member is very rude and she should train him to be less rude, all she said was have a nice day.To be honest, not surprised considering everyone who works there are rude, as this is the standard they set for their employees.

This car wash is always closed or down in the evening time...it seems they are purposely closing it down..worst gas station

The worst gas station in Calgary and the rudest staff I have ever dealt with in the entire country in the past decade. The car wash at this gas station is a waste of money and time. It sprays your car with soap, water, polish all at once and car does not get cleaned at all. Your $15 down the drain in 30 seconds. When you go to show the dirty vehicle coming out of their car wash to the staff to request a rewash, they very inconsideratly argue with you and say the car wash does not guarantee that it will wash and clean the car. They tell you to go and complain to manager if you want when he is here but they can not help you. Absolutely ridiculous service.

Everyone needs fuel for their vehicle.... But the issue with this location is the car wash. For some reason it needs adjustment, this is even after they renovated it. My vehicle never comes out clean. I have requested re-washes but get the same exact result. I can't be in the wash all day. This is disappointing, for the price of the wash you expect a clean vehicle the first time through. The touch less wash at the competitor in the next community over does the best job for an automated wash.

The staff is always helping customers making sure the store is clean. When there is 3 or more customers in line they open the next till right away. The girls super polite and the guys super helpful. I use this location for my company vehicle including their carwash.

Great location and the car wash was maintained pretty well

The two women that work full time at the front, have got to be the most disrespectful, unkind and unprofessional people I've ever met in my life. Worst costumer service and disregard for the people who come and go. Please get new staff.

Car wash is mediocre for the price. $13.00 and the car isn't clean after. I can pay $7 at the spray-it-myself and it's actually clean. Good option is you want a quick rinse, but it's over-priced for what you get.

Called on Christmas day, while we were running around, and asked their price on deisel. Lady who answered passed the phone off and then a gentleman refused to tell us the price over the phone. Apparently it is their policy, yet Gas Buddy has a price - just wanted to make sure the app wasn't misleading us.Will not be purchasing from this station anymore.
