Been dealing with branch for 12 years, I have delt with alot of respected employees when I first brought my bussiness here to this branch. At one point from 2010 to 2021 this Branch was doing well until it slowly fell apart when all the best staff left this branch.Now theres barely anyone working there, all the employees are not organized and the attitude has changed since this New Manager joined this branch, Raivin". I understand that there might have been some issues going on with my bank accounts but Raivin has disrespected me when one time I was at the bank trying to deposit some cash which was less then $1000 over the counter and Raivin came out of office and said outloud infront of all the other customers

Worst advisor (PUNEET SIDHU) and branch Manager(RAIBIN AMIN) ever seen in my life with ZERO knowledge. After a lot of drama, it took them 4 months for saying that I am not eligible for line of credit. They don't reply to the clients Emails, voice mails and calls. After 3 months of my application they said I got my line of credit approved and it will be credited in 3 days, but it didn't and when I reach them after many struggles the Advisor(PUNEET) changed her statement that it will take 1 week at least and after 1 week she said they need more documents. After 4 months of struggle and many voice mails, emails and calls they said I am not eligible. There business motto is to give the hardest time possible to the clients. Nobody in the branch has correct information. One time they will say something else and other time they will contradict their own statements. Manager does not care about clients. Save yourself some time and if you don’t want to get frustrated. My advice please don’t go to National bank specially this branch and the Branch Manager has zero knowledge. This branch deserves —ve stars. The only reason why you see 1 star is because I cannot post my comment without 1 star.

Best NB branch I’ve been to. All the staff are friendly, helpful, and experienced!! Risshe the branch manager goes above and beyond to greet me by name and help whenever I go here. Best team!

I’ve called for the past 3 days to change my mortgage payment and no one has called me back. I’ve left 5 voice messages and no one calls me backMy payment is going to bounce and I’ve been asking for help to prevent this at my home branch and NO ONE is calling me backThanks for the help national bank

Yashmini at the counter was helpful and patient with my granddad. She even listened to him when he was telling her how he wanted his bills in hindi even though she doesn't speak the language. She didn't just look at me and asked me the questions, i know he appreciated this so did I and not to mention her cheery smile soon as we entered the door. 10 stars!

Very bad service, no wonder why national bank keep closing their branches around the gta. They cant compete against the bigger/better banks. What to say about the customer service teller, lack of common sense, they didn't finish first in their class for sure. When I asked to talk with the manager, the teller said I can't, no matter how much I insisted. While I can see the manager is just sitting in his office. TLDR: change bank...td, rbc, cibc, anything buy national. Why letting those people use your hard earnt money while you can't even buy groceries?

Absolute nightmare to deal with this branch, good luck trying to get anything done. Please provide your customers consistent information instead of us running from the phone line to the branch without any help

We had nothing short of a wonderful experience with BNC. Our mortgage advisor, Jay, especially gave us exceptional service and made the process very seamless. He was always available to clear our doubts and provide information or clarification when needed. All the other branch staff too were very professional and courteous. Overall, I'd definitely be doing repeat business with them and would also recommend them to others.
