Shawn was very helpful and easy to deal with. Moe installed my Rheem heat pump hot water tank. Moe was really good and was easy to work with! I am very happy with the service and installation that Shawn and Moe did for me. I recommend these guys!

Big thanks to Shawn, Anna, Zahaib, and Chris. Professional and honest company that I would strongly suggest. We replaced broken hot water tank with Rinnai tankless. All the processes of showing up on time, installation, and clean-ups were perfect. Big thanks to Shawn for sharing how to safely get out of the hot water rental scheme. I would definitely work with CHC for any other projects.

We were looking for an HVAC system and I received many calls with quotes for this work. I was impressed with the service that I received from Shawn (Snr Project Manager). Shawn called me and explained everything in detail over the phone and by email. He was very knowledgeable and responsive. Shawn provided 2 options on his quotation, and we signed up for a Heat Pump which was installed within a week.The installers, Moe, and his assistant Haider, were polite, easy to deal with and did a good job.Would deal with City Home Comfort again if ever needed.

City Home Comfort was very helpful. Shawn was transparent and listened to our needs and provided good recommendation for the type of heat pump, and furnace. Installation by Chris and Sohad was efficient. They were able to complete the installation within the stated number of days and left the premises clean and tidy. Overall, very good experience throughout the entire process from providing quotes to installation.

I have nothing but accolades for the sales, follow-up and installation of my new Trane furnace and Rinnai tankless water heater. The job was well discussed and documented by Shawn, who took much time to help me make my final decisions. Chris and crew were exceptional installers, listening to my preferences and making sure I was happy every step of the way. Prices were extremely competitive - the best value/service by far. (I had received 5 quotes) City Home Comfort come highly recommended.

City Home Comfort sent two men to do the work yesterday .There were several flights to carry up the equipment . They were competent and friendly and answered my questionsThe pricing was the best.Shawn whom I spoke to initially when I ordered was beyond patient and knowledgeable having worked in the industry for a long time .The scheduling staff were flexible and helpful .This is the second AC I have purchased from this company .I highly recommend City Home Comfort .

Dealt with Shawn on the phone, by far the most amazing experience with a sales person I’ve ever had!He went above and beyond for us , properly explained everything in detail over the phone and via email.We were in a rut as we had no heat during the last snow storm, and he had technician Moe come out to us the next morning to install a new Napoleon Furnace and Heat Pump!They also helped us with the entire rebate process to ensure we are able to get $6,500 back!!I would highly recommend City Home Comfort for any of your heating/cooling needs!
