Overall satisfied. But you be the judge.My RTX 3090 had wobbling fan, sent it here under RMA for repairs (~$20-23 for CanadaPost Express parcel). Took 5 business days to repair, updates provided using ASUS repair portal, 2 days to get it back using Fedex. Fan issue is fully resolved, works just like new, BUT GPU-Z now shows on average Hot Spot temperature around 10-12 C degrees higher than it was before with fan wobble (around 95 C while 4K gaming), chip temp is around 75 C now (also higher), memory temperature is fine though. So, not sure if it's a lower quality thermal pads, missed spot or bad contact while putting everything back together but no GPU throttling happening at this time.

My son is a pro gamer, purchase monitor a yeara go screen start to flicker. Do to the Pandemic repair Centre is closed.Talk to customer service told him the Issues with the monitor. Had to FedEx monitor to repair centre.Got monitor back super fast just two weeksJust want to thank the staff at the repair centreAnd ASUS on line service.

AVOID PURCHASE ASUS PRODUCTS AT ALL COSTS. Otherwise you will regret when there is any issues found in your product and you need to visit this service center. Should be rated zero star actually. Their technicians have zero knowledge to fix a computer. Their customer service associates always find excuses to cover them. They wiped my data twice without any reason and even tried the third time, if I did not stop them. Buying their product is my greatest regret.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I came to change my laptop battery but before that, I called the ASUS service line and they provided me the authorized ASUS service for the Toronto area. The rep said I can just show up and the battery will be replaced. I wasted my time driving to their place. First of all they are trying to sell me service that I don't need for almost 100 CAD. I asked to check if I can buy only battery. They said they don't have it in stock. The second thing, they told that the battery for my ASUS laptop ASUS does not make anymore, but another associate start telling me a chain supply story. I came home and bought the battery less than 100 CAD online with delivery tomorrow. The worst service, don't use it!

At first my experience was not satisfactory but at my second interaction their service was excellent. Average these two I only can give three stars and cross my fingers for them to improve their customer service quality constantly

customer support is about worthless in my opinion. made me remove my laptop from my studio to get to the serial number and then told me he could not help me.. now i am taking apart my setup so i can move the desk in order to plug the laptop back in. this involves removing, two 42 monitors a presonus faderport

I twice tried to purchase a new laptop from the asus online shop.They twice cancelled the transaction with no explanation. And yes, my cc was plenty good.It's crazy how hard it is to find a company that actually sells its own product. I guess they didn't need my 2000$.

Quite possibly the most unhelpful, useless RMA service I've ever encountered.Bought a TUF506IV-AS76 in 2020, started having weird issues with blue screen and crashing when plugged in only. Paid 85$ to send it to this center, thinking they would open the laptop up on a test bench and figure out the issue. You know, actually diagnose the issue.I get an email requesting 1100$ for repair and told that its a motherboard issue and that because its all integrated that they just replace the entire thing because its hard to diagnose the specific issue.1100$ for a motherboard on a computer that only cost 1500$ 2 years ago while a BRAND NEW TUF with an I7 and 3050TI is 1100$ at best buy??I ask for an explanation, they escalate it twice. Then I get an email saying that they will send it back if I don't pay the invoice. So I ask the person who I've been in contact with and they say that its been escalated and dont worry. THEN MY LAPTOP SHOWS UP ON MY DOORSTEP JUST NOW???Does billing and customer support not interact? What the hell is wrong with you people?

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE - Markham Repair Centre - Candy answered the phone and it was smooth from there. I did what she asked and emailed a picture, with the product ID... a description of why the Antenna on router broke... Within a couple of hours I was informed they had the part and would place at the front counter for me. I just picked it up - 'same day'. We mainly use ASUS parts/components for gaming and couldn't be happier. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews, my experience was perfect.
