Excellent prices and great communication!I had been signed up on their website for quite some time and happened to receive an email that was very helpful, explaining the products I was interested in were in stock and ready to ship to arrive before Christmas last year-- this was hugely helpful given most places were sold out or more expensive. The products were well packaged which was great given they were glass whetstones and sent quickly!I will definitely order from Paul's Finest again!
