Thank you Kathy Maclellan! Kathy was so helpful, informative and understanding.We are travels from Australia and we booked our tickets tickets through Flight Centre. We were preparing to head home and were confused about how to get PCR Covid test in time for our flight. Flight Centre were not taking calls and had closed down all Vancouver Island locations. I nervously walked into Around the world, knowing I had not purchased my tickets through them. Kathy was so sympathetic to our situation and gave me clear and simple instructions on what to do. Unfortunately they were not able to come through with the pricing they quoted me. I think they made an effort to rectify but it just didn't work out. Maybe next time.
