Brutal. When i brought up a miscommunication about the cost of our taxes Nizar basically laughed at me, after further discussion he said that he would give us a discount. When i sent my Hubby down to sign and pay for the taxes he didn't get any form of discount and paid full price. I'm sorry but thats not ok. Especially when you charge a stay at home mom with literally 2 slips to put in 100$. Should have went to H&R Block

Nizar has been doing my taxes (Cdn and US) since 2016. I am very happy with his services. The biggest thing I appreciate is that he does it fast. I hated that my former accounted didn't do it fast. Also, his price is fair, and he's friendly and responsive. Highly recommend.

Hey. Back on up off Nizar. Sure his charges go up. Who's doesnt. If you negotiate and you pay what you agree on. Anyone can make a clerical mistake and no doubt it was a secretarial oversight. We have used his services for years and he gets it done on time and on price. And for us he does a US return and the new more complicated Fbar as well. Try taking that to H&R Blockhead!

this is a great company and the staff are very friendly and helpful this will be my 3rd year with liberty tax, zero issues. Karen is wonderful and I enjoy building the relationship over the past years. I like this company because they always do cash back and being a single full time dad, Sometimes getting my return same day helps. Thank you for your awesome service
