I have been a season pass holder for several years even before it was called Water Kingdom. I had an extremely bad experience today and there was no resolution at all!!! I purchased my season pass last year in September as part of the FLASH sale. I checked with guest service to see what perks I have available and they confirmed I have bring a friend for free as one of my perks. Today I invited a friend with her daughter. We lined up at the ticket both for 20 min to be told we do not have free tickets for guests as part of our season pass. I tried to advise the lady at the counter that I do not just have the gold season pass I have FLASH sale perks too but she decided not listen and said if you wants your friend to go in need to purchase a ticket at full price $140 for 2. She was rude and refused to ask her supervisor. We came in and I went to see the guest service and ask for a supervisor (Melissa) who confirmed yes we do have the free tickets. She apologized and thats all. No refund on the $140. They should have refund our full ticket price and let us use the free ticket. No compensation at all for their mistake of an untrained employee. Also each station process different information on refillable bottles and I had to spend over 30 min going from one kiosk to an other as the employees are not trained nor updated on anything g regarding the changes from June to July. Employees make faces at you and treat you rudely when you asked them to apply the 10% discount that comes automatically with your season pass. After this year I am Not sure if I will re purchase the season pass for this place. I am happy to spend my money elsewhere where ppl are polite.

Bought season pass with free parking for the whole family ( Gold membership). No issues with the pass, awesome park don't understand all negative reviews. Yes, I agree food/ water prices are ridiculous. Other than pricey food, didn't have any issues, water park is nice and clean

Great time. Would recommend going early. Food and drink was pricey. Rides were great.

This is an amazing waterpark, the slides at this place are awesome. I highly recommend spending a day here during the week in the summer. Make sure you get one of the seasons pass options to take advantage of many visits. Bring your own food and eat it outside in the parking lot, it’s a bit pricey inside. Overall great place to cool off on hot summer days.

Had a lovely time with friends here. Got a cabana for the day and it was super worth it, it included some towels and a safe and ice cold water. Our server Maya was on top of things!

The summer membership is reasonable buuuuuuut the food is tooooooo expensive. I don't understand why families have to pay an arm and a leg just to spend quality time at these themed parks.The least they could do is include parking for membership holders.There are tons of lockers for rent, also for an unreasonable price given all the other expenses. I recommend bringing a stroller or wagon to keep your stuff in if you are with a large group.The slides were great. Line-ups were not too bad, and the food was below satisfactory. There are tons of parking, but $20 is too much on top of all other expenses, especially in a city where most parking is free.

First Time with the season pass and pleased. Although washrooms and change rooms need to be cleaned more often. Need to replace broken umbrellas. And put umbrellas underneath the picnic tables where there's absolutely no tree nearby.

Update::: going from 2 stars to 1 cozThey only reply regarding closing the bars early but didn't mention anything about the dirty pools !!!!????When i go again will take more clear pics show how dirty the water is.Really surprising that from the first and 2nd opening day and the water that dirty without any maintenance or someone with a net showing up for cleaning even.Another thing most of the shops closed before 3 pm which is 2 hours before closing time like come on. U already closing so early 5 pm and u close all most of the stores before 3pm.

This business is advertising 25% off on admission tickets through an affiliate site called Perkopolis. For such purpose they provide a promo code SUMMERPERK per attachment. Unfortunately when trying to proceed with the ticket purchase the page goes in loading store" status and freezes therefore the purchase cannot be made. I ended up paying regular price for the ticket and when I e-mailed the business they stated I should have notified them first before purchasing the ticket at regular cost. My son was waiting at the park entrance for the ticket
