I've had a great experience with this dealership over others. Over the life of a vehicle it is paramount to have a good relationship with the service department. I would give them no stars. I have been going to them for over 8 years and it's twice now that they try and such me in on paying for repairs I do not need! They told me I needed to spend 1000$ to fix two problems. I had pictures shown to me of the damage; well guess what, I got a second opinion! My car had NO PROBLEMS at all and.... the picture I was shown wasn't even from my car!!!!NICE!!!!! you will not be seeing me anymore! They are not to be trusted!

Great experience so far with Ford West Island. Even though my wait for my Maverick took 4 months, the sales, credit, and delivery process with them was excellent!It is my first time with Ford, but this new Ford Maverick pickup was worth all the time waited. My short driving experience with this new pickup has exceeded all my expectations.I do recommend them!
