Tamar created a fabulous balloon arch for my back yard birthday party. It was absolutely fantastic and the talk of the party. She is so talented and I can't for another event so I can work with her again!

They did amazing and memorable work for our wedding and other various celebrations. Tamar is extremely attentive and organized. She listened and cared about our input and worked within our budget. Wonderful service! Warm heart! And a passion for perfection! Out of this World did my daughters baby dedication, my moms 60th birthdays, My sister birthday/graduation and my nieces 16th birthday party. Tamar stays close to that small details. She had such a perfecting eye for detail..She was a part of my family now!!
