Their machine stole my money and never gave me what I paid for. I called and spoke with someone over the phone you assured me I would get refunded and that she would call me back the next day. One I never got a call back and two was only given $1.50 out of the $2.65 I paid. It's the principle. I paid for a product and didn't receive said product. That requires a FULL refund not a partial. I even called back myself and left a message and no one replied. This is the first and only time I will use there vending machine.

We have this company at my work and we call for service because we are running low on supplies. 2 weeks later they come in to refill our coffee and cream. In the mean time we have had to buy our own cream etc. It has gotten so bad I brought my own coffee maker into work to brew my own using my own coffee and cream.

Shocking customer service. Had to fight tooth and nail to get a refund from one of their faulty vending machines that did not give me back the correct change.

My street light turned green and when i was in the middle of the intersection and one of your vans was very impatient and decided it was his turn to go and ran a complete RED light on mary hill and kingsway missing me by inches.. no more than 20 mins ago... not very impressed at all
