In the first jewelry store, I experienced a terrible feeling, but in this place I was enveloped in a smile and positive❤️ They chose the right decoration and size for me, offered me a gift box and congratulated me! Keep up the good work, you are the best!

I know all the jewellery stores at the mall seem the same, but Ben Moss Chinook gave me service that stood out. I took a custom made Letter Name Initial" necklace my wife got made a few years ago off of Etsy to get another gold letter soldered on (we had another child so we needed his initial added to the necklace.) I came in curious about getting a sterling silver chain and was helped by Venus - she was very nice and super low pressure. She helped me try on all different sizes and styles until I found the perfect one. I would recommend it a lot!

I had an idea in my head that I wanted a piece of jewelry with all the colours of the rainbow. The manager of the store went above and beyond and created for me a one of a kind pendant with all 12 birthstones in it in the order of the traditional rainbow. I bought a 1 karat diamond Engagement ring for my Fiance I brought it to Vietnam and gave it to her 1 week later a diamond falls out. I'm not impressed at all.

Went in they cleaned our earrings that we got as an heirloom answered some questions. Brian was so helpful. Will definitely be back for my larger purchases.

We had the absolute worst experience here. Me and my boyfriend were looking at engagement rings. We have been looking at one for awhile and he was asking the sales associate about pricing. I stepped out to look at another store and he shortly joined me saying he was just asking for maybe sometime in the future. Anyway a few days go by and we stop back into the mall to look at a few other stores. He got bored and left to look around." I guess because my boyfriend had put the service plan under my name she decided to call me because of "store policy" since he didn't have a receipt. They didn't even give him a receipt when he purchased and his name was on the bag. If they had asked he could have shown them the card he payed with and all of my info. What a horrible was to find out you might be getting engaged. We just returned the ring..."

Got an eye on a ring a few months ago.. finally purchased it 3 days ago, paid a lot of money for it and this morning noticed one diamond is already missing. So frustrating. I'll keep it for 3 more weeks and if another one is missing I'll return it and never purchase from Ben Moss again.Update: I've been wearing this ring for about 2 months already. Except for that one diamond that fell out right away after I bought the ring, everything is fine. The ring is beautiful and it seems strong. I guess it was just a bad luck. I'll take it for the diamond replacement when my 6-month care is due.
