I went thru Assured thru my insurance company for body repairs. From the get go it went very smooth. Phil P. the Collison manager who is based out of Hyundai was absolutely amazing from start to finish. When I picked up my car upon completion, to my surprise, they detailed the inside!! I use my car for a delivery service, so the interior is hard to keep clean because of cardboard boxes...it was like brand new again!! Amazing work on the outside too! I told many people about my amazing service/experience. Thank you.

Make sure you don't leave the building without documentation of your interactions here.When I was directed by my insurance company to take my vehicle here to get an estimate, I made an appointment, someone looked at my car and said they would get back to me. After a few weeks, I followed up to see what was happening, during a phone conversation with Assured, said that my vehicle had not been there before. Granted the person who looked at my car no longer worked there, so it's partially understandable, but the fact that they could not find any paper trail of me bringing my car in rings alarm bells, considering when I finally got my estimate the original person who assessed my car had his name on the invoice.When I brought my car back for the second time, they sent my estimate to the insurance company. The decision came from insurance and I wanted to have my car towed at my own cost. I spoke to someone at Assured and told them when I would be towing the car with 4 days notice. At this point they did not tell me, nor send me any written documentation that there was an outstanding bill" apparently to get an estimate for the mechanical

After an accident Assured repaired my Honda CRV as good as new. Polite, professional and caring. I thank them all at Assured.

I don't usually like to post horrible reviews but this was a terrible experience and a warning to avoid this place unless you want to wait months and months to get your car back, and when you finally do get it back...the job is incomplete. During my dealings with this place, there was constant miscommunication and my car rental insurance had to be extended twice because of their incompetence. 2 people I dealt with were no longer with the company the next time I followed up and the current employees blamed the errors on the employees who were no longer there. When I finally went to pick up my car they told me it was all done but they didn't replace the front grill. They apologized profusely.. blamed a staff who was no longer there and promised me they would call me when the part came in. It has been about 2 months since then and I have heard nothing. When the part does come in, I will be taking the part elsewhere to get installed, as I would never trust this business with my car again.Update: Trusted them to install the grill that they didn't install the first time and had no issues, so changed rating from 1 star to 2 stars.

Took my car to them after an accident earlier this year. They were so great, really helped take some of the stress off while I recovered. Super friendly and helpful.I’ve brought my car back a couple of times since for minor issues. Still had the same great service.

Went through Assured Auto through my Hyundai dealership and my insurance for a fix after someone backed into me. It was an absolutely incredible experience. They even cleaned the inside of my car. Such a wonderful touch. Thanks for fixing my baby up!
