Leo's Custom Eavestrough

I hired Leo to repair a damaged downspout on my home and to have my evestrough inspected and cleaned as well as Leaf Guard installed. During the inspection he noticed some rotted wood that needed to be repaired. Took the time to take photos and explain what needed to be done in replacing the fascia and evestrough. He is very professional, friendly and prompt both in response and getting the job done. I would highly recommend this company.

We had eavestrough installed on our home and honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Leo is very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and his price couldn’t be beaten! I will highly recommend him to all my friends and family for any future work!

Leo was great! He worked quick and efficiently. He was the only company in St John's I could find who would do this work and also communicate well with me.

He took a month to show up, when he said it would likely be about 2 week. When he did finish the job, there was still significant dripping in front of the door. He came back a week later to check it out, and dropped one end down a bit to help with the flow of water. He never added any sealant, and I hadn't checked the back end of the house at this point. It rains again, and the front is still dripping. I text him again about the leaking water, but at this point the bill has been paid and he was less motivated to attempt to fix the issue. The back end of the house was even worse. The gutters don't even touch where they meet up, no caulking was used, and there was also no end cap installed so the water is freely flowing onto my deck. When I texted him about also checking the back when he comes, he stated The roofline of your house is up and down. We can only work with what's there." He stated they would try to stop by last week if the weather improved but it's been 2 weeks and no contact."

Leo met with me to plan out where the eavestroughs and downspouts would go, and listened to my concerns and gave feedback when he had a better idea, which I appreciated. They were installed just as we discussed, and with great workmanship. The cost was competitive, and they were done within a good timeframe. Called Leo after wind was pulling siding away feom the wall. A small job, but Leo responded quickly, and was able to do the repair quickly, and at a busy time of year. Will be calling him again!
