I went into the photography department today looking for a tripod, and had the most pleasant customer service experience! Barry O. helped me in finding the perfect tripod. I am not a professional photographer and Barry took the time to answer all my questions and go over all the details and features of the two tripods I was looking at. He was so patient and thorough and even went to the back a few times to get a couple different tripods that were not on display just so I can see and feel the difference. And I ALWAYS appreciate when an employee does not try and push the most expensive product on the market! That is a huge plus, and I definitely feel inclined to shop here again for my photography needs because of that. I genuinely feel Barry deserves something just for being an outstanding help today and going above and beyond what I expected for customer service. Bravo!

It's one of the nicest stores I have been in in a while. Staff was polite, helpful and friendly.

I had an issue with a headset that I had purchased from this London drugs location. I emailed their customer service desk and within 24 hours had a call from one of the tech managers. He was very friendly and helpful and accommodating. I would have no problem recommending this location to all of my friends. Thanks again to the manager, Chris.

I’ve been coming to the store for over 17 years and I’ve been really happy in the past with the service. My complaint and low rating is specifically for the pharmacy department. Second time in a month that I’ve been lectured by the pharmacist for two different issues , when filling a prescription or simply asking some questions. I don’t go to the pharmacy to get lectured, I go to the pharmacy to fill a prescription. Won’t be filling prescriptions there ever again.

Have been going to this pharmacy since their old location across the street - yesterday I picked up a prescription that contains a severe allergen that could have killed me. I was planning on taking it last night. But didn’t due to the fact that I didn’t want the prescription to end funny. (Having one last pill/ dose on a day) so I waited until this morning, and thank God I have a bit of anxiety with medication, because when I read the medication papers. It was strange to me that it had a caution of allergens to non-medical ingredients, such as peanut oil. When I looked at the medication I found that it does contain peanut oil which I am severely too. Had I taken the medication last night without reading that pamphlet I would not be here today. Spoke with a woman who kept cutting me off and said I can bring in the medication to exchange for a generic brand that contains sunflower oil, but I will be waiting for Margaret (who my family has dealt with for YEARS and never has had an issue with, very lovely and amazing woman) until I go in again, and from now on, as this wasn’t just a small mistake, but a mistake that could have cost not one but two lives as I am 6 months pregnant. Before this experience I had never had anything negative to say - never questioned anything related to health as I thought things were in good hands. The woman I spoke with today was rude and brushed off the concern as though it was a small mistake.Not please at all about this.

Something for everyone. Bought a few items and found what we needed. It’s a clean store and well lit. I do find that the aisles are somewhat narrow but that’s a minor problem. If you’re looking for large appliances or a car you won’t find it here but just about anything else you need is here. There is a large entrance for coming and going. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is a typical London Drugs as I have been to a few locations over the years and have always been satisfied with the service and products.

Today I had my worse experience in that store, I went to return something I bought online, they asked me to tape it and they don't have one so I hade so buy tape, and then they told me that I'm not able to return it because their scanner is not working, I asked them to just print it instead of scanning it they said they don't have printer! I don't know what kind of store don't have tape neither printer and just wasted my time I've been late for my work. Anyways the only thing I know now that I will never enter that store anymore even if it will be the only store in the world I would rather go anywhere except for this store, and the employees are the most mean employees I've ever seen! they yelled at me and been rude all the time! It's just a horrible store if you ever want something just go to any other store.

Del from tech was very helpful, went above and beyond to help (5 stars for him). Nora. K from Canada post however, was very very rude. The second her mouth opened and talked to us. She ended up having to tape our shipping label, she was super annoyed and said next time we need to tape it ourselves. Not expecting a great friendly customer service, but don’t appreciate rude employees for no reason.

I rarely ever leave reviews, but what a waste of my time today. I will never be going back to the St Albert London Drugs. The gentleman I was talking to was power tripping and not useful at all. Did not even attempt to help, very lazy, just said I was wrong. Also, called online support and they were very snarky as well. Very bad experience today.

For all those days when you just need to get a prescription, a book, an assortment of junk food, a mop and vacuum, a picture frame, a big-screen TV, and that obscure electronics dongle you cannot find elsewhere. You can also get them to print pictures, get glasses and contact lenses, and drop off batteries and plastic bags for disposal (and possibly recycling). I have no idea what the theme is but go to these places a lot.
