Very professional with great manner

Several years ago I had Frozen Shoulder (Left) and could barely move my arm in any direction. After several treatment sessions I regained full rotation of my shoulder.I recently injured my right shoulder and have already experienced the onset of Frozen Shoulder. I am looking forward to booking appointments with Utmost Physiotherapy, and getting back to my job caring for Dementia clients.

If I could rate this business 0 stars, I absolutely would. I called in to ask about pricing, to which I was told $40. Let me point out that the physiotherapist did absolutely NOTHING. The machine he hooked up made no pulsations and when I expressed this to him, he said I would need to come back for many more sessions. I've never not felt better after a treatment elsewhere; this did absolutely nothing. He is only in the interest of making money, and is simple incompetent in this field. Had my back been properly adjusted, I would not have the severe back pain I have now, as I have a disk in my spine that is pinching a nerve severely and I've lost control in my right leg. After a complete waste of time, he said my total was $110, almost 3X the amount he told me originally. The physiotherapist is ONLY INTERESTED IN MONEY, WHICH WOULD BE FINE IF HE DID HIS JOB PROPERLY. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST THIS BUILDING OF PRACTICE. I've spoken to multiple friends of mine and they all say the same. Worst physiotherapist in Richmond Hill. Save your time, money, and pain.
