I was on the fence with SMP for about 5 years before finally pulling the trigger. I discovered Benji through instagram and from the first conversation I knew he was the artist I wanted for my procedure. He explained the entire process, provided realistic expectations and made me feel comfortable with everything from the get-go. He was extremely flexible with dates and times, which was required on my end since I flew in from Halifax. He worked around my schedule and booked weekend appointments to accommodate me and even drove me to my hotel after the appointments. Amazing experience from the consultation to the last session. I have been extremely pleased with the results. People notice the difference in my appearance but they can't tell why due to the procedure being unnoticeable. Great choice for balding or thinning hair!!
