If I can give a 0, I would. My father has been a long time client of BMO. He just sold his home and went to this branch to complete the banking process. To our surprise, what was supposed to be a very seamless trip to the branch to pick up the cheque, turned out to be the most humiliating and demeaning. The branch manager was rude, disrespectful, and defied all professional boundaries. When my dad asked her if they can speak in the privacy of her office rather than her humiliating him in front of others, she replied back by saying she doesn’t have time to do that. Ridiculous.

Try to get line of credit perfect credit score been with the bank 20 years and to have to call and call to get them to do anything take business elsewhere.They are interested in you till you leave and they just waste your time.
