They did my garage pad.(2022) The price was right but that’s about it. We warned them about pouring on a hot day and they reassured me there was no problems. The pad had spider cracks with in a month. It is know almost a year and it is cracking all over. We are know putting in a walking path and we have found out that they hid there cement wash out under the dirt right in front of the garage pad. No matter what we have to put a drive way in to contact the old with the new and M&D new this. We are sledge hammering it out as I type this. What a horrible thing to do. I will never recommend. Please learn from our mistakes and don’t hire.

Poor quality work and unprofessional attitudes. MD Construction is the type of contractors you hear horror stories about. The owner yelled at me and mocked me.I thought that due to the ease of finding reviews, extremely bad contractors no longer exist. I was wrong. Dealing with MD Construction and Marcel was an absolute nightmare. The company was hired to replace an old sidewalk, recap a retaining wall, and make a new concrete step. Since I work from home, I was able to watch the process. Marcel only showed up at the very end of the job and did not check the work of his employees.When the concrete was poured and set, I could see many issues:- The sidewalks were sloped towards the garage- The sidewalk width was not uniform and changed from 29 to 31" over the course of a foot in some places.- The steps did not meet Canadian building codes.- The steps were crooked and uneven.- The wall was not level or straight.- Concrete was poured directly against stucco.After these issues became apparent

Fast, cheap, good. There is a saying you can have any two but never all 3 at once. I think Marcel and his crew have made a myth of that statement. These guys are good - they know what they're doing, they have all the right equipment to make it happen and they get it done fast. Was I disappointed they couldn't get it done before the weather warmed up? Of course not! Didn't I say I wanted it good? Well done Marcel. You and your crew are the tops in my book. I highly recommend this company.

Abusive owner and poor quality work. Avoid at all costs!

Marcel and the boys did a fantastic job with my garage pad. Worked hard start to finish and made it look easy. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone needing concrete work done!
