Great and wide selection of ballroom dance shoes. I was very impressed compared to the other 3 places I went to in Edmonton. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Very satisfied customer!

It was so helpful to go here .. staff was great and helped me find the perfect little shoes for my g baby at the perfect price ( even tho i didnt know what i was looking for ) .. way better (easier) then shopping on line .. thank you

If you need anything related to dance, this should be the store that comes to mind. They are truly amazing to deal with and they spend the extra time to make sure everything is perfect before you leave. Their new store (upstairs by United Cycle) is lovely and extremely well stocked. 100% reccomend On Stage!

Knowledgable, friendly, and all around best dance store in Edmonton. I've shopped here since I was little, and it's the only store I'll take my daughter for her dance wear. She had her first pointe shoe fitting today and I can't say enough good things about how thorough and professional the process was, my daughter was comfortable and learned tons and walked away with a beautiful fit.

Excellent customer service!Very helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to find everything that my daughter needed for her classes. Definitely recommend!

Horrible experience with the old lady that works here. Called ahead to ask for ballroom shoes and Richard was very helpful on the phone.However, once I got here I was met with an old lady who was very condescending and not helpful. Being new to dance and having some questions, no patience to answer any questions. Still don’t have any answers and had to ask another store to clarify. Acted like you were a nuisance to her.Also gave me a damaged shoe to try on and said that was all they had. After calling her out on how awful the quality was did she mention some other shoes that were available. Essentially tried to sell me some damaged unwanted product. Can’t tell if she is racist or just miserable. Anyways what an awful experience.

Richard was amazingly helpful for this new dance mom! He definitely went above and beyond helping me get my daughter set up for ballet. We will drive the extra distance to see On Stage for every shopping trip in the future. His knowledge and suggestions were such a relief as I know nothing about ballet.

I am still waiting for a solution for your mistake. Ps: if you let me know at beginning, I would totally pay the extra charge for updating the correct address!!!Awful experience!!! I really hope everyone could take a minute here to read my experience here with on stage. I placed an online order last Friday, but the mailing address I filled was wrong. I emailed them right way and explained them what happened. I got a response email back really quickly and said they caught my mistake, and they would mail it to the correct address. However, when I checked my order status couple days later, it was delivered to the wrong address STILL!! I tried to email them, but nobody emailed me back. I tried to call them during their business hour, no one picked up a call. Finally I got in touched with them, but they didn’t mentioned that they mailed it to the wrong address and put all blame on me. It was my fault at beginning, but they said they caught. At least, I should get an apology!!

I had a great experience at this store! The owner was super sweet, knowledgeable and caring! I came here within opening hours. And the prices for the ballet slippers were affordable!

After many poor interactions with other dance stores in and around Edmonton I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was blown away by the service, professionalism and compassion. Richard helped us out and there was no judging, no talking down to us and no snooty attitude that I have come to expect because of other stores. He cared about what made my daughter feel comfortable, and thus feeling more confident. He went out of his way to talk with my daughter and to make sure she was happy with the outfit and slippers and not just telling her what she needed. Thank you On Stage Dance Wear for being there for us, and I look forward to making this our store of choice for all our dance needs.
