We called dealership to request a check on our hitch due to the excessive swaying. Took us in right away and they installed an upgraded hitch on our RV while there. No appointment needed. Very impressed with the ease of service.Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere.Good to see in such a big industry. Thankyou to Cris and Devon for their service. While on a camping holiday in Nova Scotia our RV fridge stopped working. By chance we happened to pass a Leisure Days RV Centre in Truro. Fantastic service. They removed our old fridge and replaced it with a new one at an extremely fair price. We were in and out within an hour. Unbelievable service! Absolutely recommend Truro Leisure Days RV Centre.

I have nothing but praise for the service department, specifically Dave (the service manager). When the only dealer for Grand Design in the Province declined to do warranty repairs for me because I didn’t buy it from them, Dave and his service team stepped up.The repairs were completed with quality and in a timely manner.Sales are one thing but Service will surely bring me back when it’s time for a new RV.Thank you Leisure Days RV centre for stepping up when others wouldn’t.

Dave and his team went beyond the call of duty to not only fix the problems associated with two of the awnings on our motorhome, they discovered a problem with the chassis batteries and fixed it as well as storing the unit all winter as they awaited the correct parts to arrive. The service team and the company are fantastic to deal with!
