Medical Piercing - London Ear & Nose Piercing

Misleading. Took my child to get their ears pierced and was advised that needle use in lieu of gun piercing was an option. I was told to speak with the doctor about the options and they would do which ever option I preferred. The assistant had me pay before seeing the doctor (4x the price compared to Visage). Then the doctor informed me that babies cannot be pierced using the needle, nor could both ears be completed at once using the gun. They didn't provide education on after care cleaning beyond the use of their specific cleaning products ( $20 for 24 cotton swabs). They attempted to over charge me $50.00, which I paid in advance in order to keep the appointment. Overall, my experience was not positive. I would recommend doing more research if you're unsure about piercings and consider other locations.

I had a great experience at their London location.Dr. Kanu and his assistant are great to work with and they know exactly what they are doing.They are very accommodating and will make sure that you leave satisfied with their services.The place is quite clean and they make sure to keep it safe and hygienic for their clients.The only negative I would say is that they operate just 1 day at their London location which wasn’t informed to me and because of that I had a bit of a struggle to buy my aftercare wipes.But all in all I would recommend this place if you are looking to get your piercing done.

My two year old wanted her ears pierced and I wanted to make sure they were done safely and properly. We were treated with patience and kindness. The doctor was so sweet to my little girl, she immediately settled down. The actual procedure, including marking and double checking, took maybe a minute! We have not had any issues keeping the piercings clean and my daughter is very proud of her pretty ears! Would definitely recommend.

The process was easy and quick. Clean environment. I would recommend it.

Friendly staff and the procedure was fast and easy

Staff are very abrupt and cold. Very little information was provided on the aftercare and products sold are extremely overpriced. The entire procedure felt rushed and flat. Would not recommend just based on the lack of warmth and courteousness, which you can 100% find elsewhere.
