Exellent service from George !! Very fast awesome I had my cellphone broken and Mr George was able to change it !! I recommend this store to everyone. I went to bell at st Bruno and the service was very poor. Thanks again !

J'ai fait confirmer au vendeur à plusieurs reprises que les crédits sur la facture étaient permanents. Finalement, après 4 mois, je me rend compte qu'il manque un crédit de 25$. Je vois sur la facture que ce n'est pas un crédit récurrent. J'appelle le service à la clientèle de Bell et ils m'indiquent aussi que le second crédit (10$) n'est finalement pas permanent, mais seulement pour une durée de 2 ans. Donc 35$ de crédit qu'on m'avait garanti étaient permanent, mais qui ne le sont finalement pas. 420$ annuellement. Il y a des femmes de joie qui chargent moins que ça pour te f**rrer...Vraiment, si vous voulez aller avec Bell, je vous recommande d'aller ailleurs qu'ici...

Be careful, I walked into the chambly store for a new phone. The representative asked for a 200$ + txes deposit to order my phone that wasn't in stock and stated it would be reduced on my bill and was required to order my phone. He then handed me a box of accessories (wireless charger, usb adapter,...) , when I mentioned that I didn't need them and did not want to pay for accessories he said that they were free and came with the phone...When I got home I started doing the math and reviewed my contract and the receipt, I realized the 200$ + txes was for the box of accessories.I called the representative and asked why and he said 'it's a bug in the system and you should of gotten a rebate '. He proceeded to offer me a refund if I brought the box of accessories back.I found this awkward and when I asked why I needed to bring them back if they were free with the deposit, he just shrugged it off saying it was a bug in the system and couldn't apply the 200$ credit...I did get the refund, but was very annoyed that they tried to sell me accessories under false pretext.So if you are not careful, they will lie and sell you stuff you don't want or need....They probably get away with this with other clients that are not as cautious...

I'm very happy with my new services. Thanks again for your support ! Big shake hands with your staff! I went to other Bell store like the one at st-hyacinthe and wasn't happy from their services. So i went to your store at Chambly and didn't regret at all. Now all my services are with Bell and my new cellphone also! Thanks again!

Bonjour, je remercie beaucoup votre vendeur Mr Mike. J'ai aujourd'hui 79 ans et comprendre les cellulaires et les factures peut être complique. Mr a pris le temps de m'aider et je suis pas vite vite a comprendre mais il a été très patient! Je recommande ce magasin ! Merci énormément de votre aide Mr Mike.
