I recently got engaged, and I had the ring custom made from Cerellis.Tyler was absolutely incredible all the way through from design to production of the engagement ring. I worked with him and shared a general idea for elements to incorporate into the ring. He was very accommodating with my ideas and supportive, but also kept me grounded in what would make a ring difficult to make or maintain. It was neat to watch the process unfold from a CAD drawing of the ring, to a prototype, to the real thing.When he showed me the design, I was completely blown away. It was perfect, within our budget, and also made on time.At no point did I feel pressured to spend more than my budget, and Tyler couldn't have made a better ring! I couldn't be happier with Tyler and Cerelli Jewellers, they truly are the best in the business.

Tyler and Nadia helped me recreate a custom piece that I had heartbreakingly lost.They worked with me on every detail, and their patience was endless while I made specific requests on each aspect of my piece. I approached Tyler at Cerelli to see if he could design and bring to life a pair of earrings I gave to my wife over 10 years ago. This pair of earrings was my wife's favourite, and recently, she lost one of the earrings from the pair. My hope was Tyler could design them as close to the original pair as possible, however, I had asked if he could create the earrings with diamonds, rather than the replicas that were a part of the original pair.Tyler's passion for his work was very obvious from our initial conversation. He was confident and optimistic he could delivery exactly what I was looking for....and he did. He designed a pair that my wife absolutely loves and almost identical to the original pair, except much much better. A few things about the process I think are worth noting:-Tyler's enthusiasm and pride behind his work.-Communication: I received weekly updates (sometimes morefrequent) on where he was in the process, including pictures.-Timeline: The process was much faster than I anticipated.-Ease of process: I was surprised how easy it was for me andhow smooth the process went.Tyler really cares about delivering exactly what his clients want. It is obvious that it is most important to him that his clients leave completely satisfied with his work. I know I did.

I have a set of limited addition Mont Blanc cufflinks that I dearly love. Many years ago I lost the stone in one of them which rendered them useless. I never had the heart to throw them out. I was recently referred to Tyler and now they look better than they ever have. I could not be more pleased with the outcome!

I lost my engagement ring that I've had for over 37 years while swimming in a lake this past summer which was devastating. I made a claim through insurance and it was sent to Tyler at Cerelli Jewellers for an estimate. I was happy with how the claim was handled through Cerelli and decided to go with them to re-create my ring. Tyler was amazing right from the beginning of the process. He came to my office to retrieve my wedding band and to size my rings. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and brought me my rings once complete. I am so happy with my new rings. They are absolutely stunning. I would 100% recommend Cerelli Jewellers and Tyler for any of your jewellery needs. The first picture is my rings before and the second and third pictures are my new rings. I am so in love with them and so happy to have my rings back on my finger.

I used Cerelli jewellers for my insurance claim. They were amazing to deal with. They kept me informed every step of the way, kept in touch, and got me my ring back in an amazing state. Cerelli Jewellers recreated my engagement ring & wedding band after they were unfortunately lost. Tyler & Nadia are an absolute pleasure to deal with. AMAZING SERVICE & QUALITY!!!I came to Cerelli Jewellers after an already fantastic experience with them, but this time I wanted to create a special birthday piece (a pendant of a Phoenix) for my wife's birthday. From the very first minute, they were engaged and enthusiastic about the project. Tyler and his team were simply top-notch from beginning to end. Responsive, on time, on budget and oh man, what a show piece they created!! I was updated and consulted each step of the way. My wife was blown away by it. Can't recommend Cerelli enough for ALL your jewellery needs!!! 11/10 every step of the way!!! I will most DEFINITELY be going back for more!
