My husband, myself and 3 kids were almost killed by a lightway transport semi at the intersection of highway 169 and 175 outside of Dayton Iowa. He didn’t even slow down at the 4 way stop. If we had started our right hand turn we would have been killed. There are rumble strips, flashing lights and stop signs. Pay attention before you actually do kill someone.

Had a driver in the yard who said he couldn’t read English seems dangerous if you can’t read a stop sighn or a speed limit sighn and a real inconvenience for me if he can’t read yard instructions
