Friendly service but very overpriced at 10$ a shirt for pressing

We chose this facility to clean our coveralls as being a contractor from out of city . With a quote far more cheeper we decided to use this outfit as we are all about small business support we figured we would pay the extra to support small business . With a price pre discussed we used them to later find out he gauged us and charged double then what Was pre discussed. The money isn’t an issue at all it is just the fact the owner straight up lied, then when asked to resolve this the owner said rebates are bad business and he wasn’t going to budge .I would never recommend anyone in using this outfit , as all I’m guilty of is trying to support small businesses.

I have been using this dry cleaner since 2010 for basic alterations and cleaning services and they typically did an okay job. I recently brought my expensive down filled winter jacket for them to replace the zipper, which they said they could no problem. After getting my jacket back home and inspecting their work I discovered that they are not capable of replacing zippers. It looks like I, a person with absolutely no sewing skills replaced this zipper. It's not even in straight, which causes the zipper to bind and not work properly. There are loose threads hanging everywhere and the zipper is now a left hand zipper when it use to be right.I tried to take the jacket back to see if they could refund me or fix it and they chose to do neither...just excuses that where not disclosed to me during my initial inquiry. So after giving them my business for so long, I will not be returning to this dry cleaner ever. it's time to find new dry cleaner/seamstress that can do quality work.

Brought a wool coat. Went to pick it up and it looked worse than when I brought it. It had a tear in the front that wasn't there when I left it there and it was all pilled. The lady running the desk was rude, wouldn't admit that the had done this to my husband's coat and refused to help.

I dropped off my winter jacket this spring for a repair. It had completed ripped off and left a hole leading to some of my feathers to start spilling out. I left my jacket with them and it looks brand new. So happy with the care I received and I always recommend this place when someone shares they need alterations or dry cleaning. Looking forward to coming back.

Did alterations for us. They are incredible. And very reasonable priced.

Took a brand new mini skirt there to get the zipper fixed. Small zipper. Took over a week to repair. Cost $25.00. Got the skirt home and the zipper doesn’t even work. Ruined a brand new skirt never worn trying to get the zipper down. Waste of time and money. Never again.

We tried Sunny Drycleaning 3 times now, every time I have had a problem, but this time was the WORST and the last time I will ever g back... I dropped off 6 button down shirts. 3 dressed and 4 pairs of pants. When I went to pick up all the cleaning, I was informed that I only dropped off 1 button down and 2 pairs of pants. I even showed them the drop off receipt. They took the receipt and would not give it back, said they had to do some research on why the quantities were wrong. They told me to come back tomorrow, so I left with what I had. When I got home, I found it was one of my pants had not even been cleaned and the zipper was missing, yes, the zipper was actually gone. Fast forward 2 weeks of calling them with no response and every time I stopped in the manager was not there, but I can see through the window when I pulled up, they ran to the back hiding. A month later I still have not received any on my missing clothes, an apology, or a credit of any sort. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Used their services for almost a year because of the price but stopped due to poor quality of cleaning and inability to remove slight stains like coffee. They say they don't remove stains, so what's the point? Funny enough, when I asked them to re-do a couple of shirts, the stains came out. They now raised their price so it's not even worth using them for as a pressing service.
