Wow, I had no idea what I was getting into when I stopped by this place. I was drawn in by the live music, open patio and overall atmosphere as I drove by on a Friday evening. I ordered a flight of their craft beer with the help of Taylor, who was truly exceptional as a server and her knowledge of the beer she recommended. I can honestly say that I enjoyed every beer of my flight, and the mamosas where amazing! Not to mention the flavorful pretzel I ordered with their homemade beer and cheese sauce.... yum! 4 stars because there were several items removed from the limited food menu due to staff shortage. However I will definitely return for another fun visit.

Visiting from out of town, came in to do some antiquing and found this little gem nextdoor. Cant wait for summer to start so I can try their outdoor patio. Inside was very minimal, great place to go of you want a feel of the city without ever having to leave Waterford. Ashley so kindly helped us. Great attitude. Great attention to detail. Got a flight of 4 as well as the mimosa seltzer and the jam band sour. Will be back!!

Awesome micro brewery! Exceeded expectations: pretzel was delicious and the flight of beers was truly delicious.

My spouse and I went here yesterday before our visit to the antique market. We live in Niagara and visit Waterford 3-4 times a year and have seen Wishbone open in the last year but hadn't gone in yet. Yesterday for the first time we went in to have a beer and some nibbles, and we really enjoyed everything. The beers were excellent (I had the light stout and my wife had the jam beer (Jam Band? The name escapes us) and both were awesome. We also ordered the assorted charcuterie and it had a great range of cheeses and crackers to enjoy; it went perfectly with the beers. We also tried the Mimosa Seltzer and Marzen and ended up buying several beers to bring home. The logo of the company is also really cool, it's simple but very interesting; when you look at it it's mesmerizing despite its simplicity. We ended up buying a toque. Next time, I'm buying a T-shirt because the logo looks really cool on all the shirts and hats.The servers were really nice and attentive, and didn't mind us trying a sampling of beers before we ordered, which was great. We'll definitely be heading back next time we go to Waterford, and recommending the beers to friends and family. A+, awesome spot, and a much-needed place to stop for a drink and apps when in Waterford! Kudos to the owners and staff, you've definitely got us as return customers.

What an amazing find in an awesome small Southern Ontario town! So firstly, dog friendly. Located in the midst of some charming scenery. Service was fantastic as were the brews! Delicious charcuterie and pretzel! Definitely a recommended stop on your brew tour!!

Love this place, great atmosphere and they’re always coming out with new beers. I love the Timberline, Carried Away, and Road House. Highly recommended, there’s something for everyone!

Welcoming, extremely clean and attentive staff. Fresh quality beer with multiple truly different options including seltzers stouts radlers and weisse. Charcotuerie and hot pretzels. Lovely view of the water. On the pricey side especially for takehome. No growler fills (yet?) Recommend.

Good service, range of beers and some cider and seltzers as well. Bar is really clean and service is on it! Patio is incredible!! Parking is a bit tricky. Bar is accessible.

We had a great time here, the beer was very good, we had the large charcuterie and it was lots for 3 of us with a nice selection of cheese, meat, pickled veggies and an array of crackers many of which were glute free.The girls that served us were great, they made us feel like friends our first time there. Looking forward to going back some night when they have entertainment.
